Smoking Policy
We have limited smoking rooms available. The majority of our rooms are non-smoking, and failure to abide by this rule will result in an immediate fine. Please consider that it takes a minimum of a full day to clean and purify a room that has been smoked in. We appreciate your cooperation.
Noise Curfew
We house guests from all over the world who need their rest at different times of the day, depending on their jobs and travel schedules. Our staff adheres to a strict noise curfew which begins at 11:00 PM, and we request that our guests do the same. Anyone who experiences any disturbances can feel free to contact the front desk, and the disturbance will be dealt with immediately.
Lost & Found
If you have stayed with us and misplaced any item during your present or previous visit, you can inquire about the missing item at the front desk. All items we find are kept up to 3 months.
Do Not Disturb Policy
Please note that for safety purposes, we must check each guest’s room at least once every 24 hours. If your "Do Not Disturb" card is up for more than 24 hours, our manager on duty will be contacting you to ensure your well-being. If you are scheduled to check out, we will respect your privacy until the posted check out time.

Laundry services are available to all our guests from Monday to Friday upon request at the front desk. However, make sure to drop off your clothes before 8:00 AM to ensure delivery by 5:00 PM.

Our service does not provide all the necessities for streaming movies and other high bandwidth activities. Future upgrades may alleviate these restrictions, and we will notify you of any advancements.
